Being able to navigate, i.e. find your way to and from somewhere underwater is a fundamental part of being a good diver. The RAID Navigation specialty will teach you the basics of navigation underwater and will increase your independence and enjoyment of the underwater world. Remember we do not always have the luxury of a dive guide, and even if we do we can get separated from them. So being able to perform your own navigation is extremely important.
